Electronic Consent (E-Consent)

Your rights regarding electronic signatures and disclosures.

Effective Date: September 2026

Under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and related state laws, we and our network of independent third-party lenders need your consent to provide you with important disclosures, notices, and communications electronically rather than in paper form. By submitting a request on Flash Payday Cash, you are providing your electronic consent.

Electronic Disclosures and Communications

By checking the consent box or submitting your request on our website, you agree that we, and any lender you are matched with, can communicate with you electronically. This includes providing you with:

  • Loan contracts, terms, and agreements
  • Privacy policies and privacy notices
  • Truth in Lending Act (TILA) disclosures
  • Adverse action notices (if your application is declined)
  • Account updates and customer service communications

Hardware and Software Requirements

To successfully access, receive, and retain these electronic disclosures, you must have the following hardware and software:

  • A device with active internet access (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
  • A valid and active email address.
  • A modern web browser with 128-bit encryption enabled (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge).
  • Software capable of viewing PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Sufficient storage space to save these documents or a printer to print them.

Withdrawing Your Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic documents at any time. However, because our matching service operates entirely online, withdrawing your consent before being matched means we will not be able to process your loan request.

If you are matched with a lender and wish to withdraw your consent to receive future documents electronically from that specific lender, you must contact the lender directly. Each lender has their own specific policies for withdrawing e-consent and providing paper copies.

Updating Your Contact Information

It is your responsibility to keep your primary email address current so that we and our lending partners can communicate with you electronically. If your email address changes, you must notify your matched lender directly to ensure you do not miss important communications or payment notices regarding your loan.
